There is nothing that can cause damage to your home like poorly installed roofing and siding. That statement was proven true when our team was called to this home in the Northeast Philly/Bucks County area. The home needed a complete exterior renovation after the previous contractor cut corners during installation. Our team was able to remove and repair the damage before moving forward with our renovation. In addition to looking like new, we expect these homeowners will benefit from fewer repairs and better energy efficiency thanks to new windows, siding, and roofing.
New Windows, Roofing, and Siding in Bucks County, PA
This project was a full exterior renovation. We installed new Pella Proline windows with Azeck trim. Next, we installed James Hardie Cedar style Shake on the entire exterior. This choice really accentuates the bungalow style home. We found significantly damaged roof sheathing due to the previous contractor not using the proper material for such a low slope roof. In order to rectify this issue, we needed to install new plywood before installing Certainteeds 3ply low slope roof system and GAF Timberline HD shingles. We finished off the renovation with new gutters and downspouts.
