It was time for this home in Malvern to get an updated look!
To update this home, the Porter Family Contracting team removed the siding of this home and replaced it with a brand new James Hardie Navajo Beige siding along with an azeck trim. For finishing touches, they added a brick siding accent wall.
Homes made of brick and siding typically last decades, however, their appearance wears over time and can cause leakage. Eventually, this can lead to vulnerabilities and potential structural expenses down the line.
For this project, our team removed the existing siding from this home in Media, PA. We installed fresh James Hardie 8.25 inch siding and replaced the roof with GAF Timberline HD shingles.
The siding on this home was looking a little worn, so an upgrade was in order. The Porter Family Contracting team removed the existing siding and replaced it with brand new James Hardie Deep Ocean siding. We also installed new windows with clean, white trim.
Stucco homes are common because they are durable and typically low-maintenance, but over time stucco can appear discolored and worn due to weather. To mask the original stucco, our team installed James Hardie Night Gray siding. We also installed new AZEK trim around the garage door and repaired a few roof damages.
This home’s stucco had seen better days! Fortunately, our team was tasked to remodel this Broomall house with new James Hardie Navajo Beige siding, upgraded stone, new windows, and new window trim.
We are pleased with the transformation; take a look:
This project entailed removing this Broomall, PA home’s brick and vinyl siding then installing new James Hardie Iron Gray siding as well as new Simonton windows.
We also incorporated a white Aztec trim as an extra design element. The trim not only accentuates the siding but also offers a coastal style to the exterior of this home.

We recently took on the job of removing siding for a homeowner in Swarthmore and replacing it with James Hardie shingle and lap siding in evening blue. Evening blue is a rich, deep shade that works very well on this home. Houses that are on the smaller side and have lots of interesting detail benefit from being clad in darker siding–it helps them to stand out.
After installing the siding, we also added new downspouts, fascia capping, gutters, windows, trim, and a new storm door.
We enjoyed this project in Aston. This customer asked us to remove their aging vinyl siding and replace it with James Hardie Lap siding and board and batten. For the new siding, these homeowners chose the color Cobble Stone, which is a pale gray. The difference in the dark color of the shutters and the light siding creates an elegant contrast in the curb appeal of this home.
James Hardie is our top choice for exteriors. We love that it’s durable and attractive, plus, since it resists water absorption, it doesn’t attract mold or pests. We recently were recognized by James Hardie as an Elite Preferred contractor. Check out our James Hardie page to learn more.
In addition to the installation of new siding, we also installed a new garage window, shutters, a new front door, a rear door, and a garage entry door.
Stucco is common in the Delaware Valley. Unfortunately, it’s very prone to damage. We recently headed to this home in Collegeville, PA. The stucco and vinyl siding had been damaged due to moisture, which resulted in cracks in the foundation. We were able to repair the damaged stucco, plus we replaced the damaged vinyl siding with Certainteed, and we also installed new downspouts.
If your stucco has developed mold behind it, we also handle stucco remediation projects. In the meantime, check out these photos of the project in Collegeville.
